Getting a Handle on Attitude

No one on earth has power over your attitude except you. No one can control your
attitude unless you let them. No one else makes you upset and forces you to sulk
on the couch and eat cake but you. YOU make yourself upset. YOU surrender your
control when you stuff that cake in your mouth. What someone else may have done
is irrelevant. Isn’t it scary to have someone else run your life? Your attitude is totally
in your hands at all times. YOU run the show, YOU get to choose.
