Mikes’s Story
Mike a nearly 50 something year old quantity surveyor arrived in New Zealand out of shape and was becoming more overweight given his work demands – earthquake recovery six days a week, ten hours a day. Mike had never touched a dumb-bell or been to a gym. That all changed when he met Belinda.

I really just wanted to be able to kick a soccer ball around with my son without getting puffed. Unbeknownst to me my blood pressure was dangerously high and that has dropped down to a normal level. I’m enjoying feeling fitter, stronger and healthier.
When Belinda questioned me about posing pretty much naked, I said “I’m not doing that” several times! Then she explained that other men, similar to myself, needed someone that they could relate and aspire to. That’s when I decided to take a stand for the blokes. The past four months have been a sustainable transformation for me. The changes I have achieved have been life changing and I am eternally grateful.
