Philosophies from a Pearl
By in large the real problem is rarely the problem.
The weight on your mind is the weight of your own emotional shadows.
What consumes your mind controls your life,
Beware the wolf you feed.
Step up to the plate and face fear head on.
Scoop up some self love with sprinkles on top.
Flick the F IT switch on that which weighs you down.
Grit your teeth and rip the band aid off,
Pull up each dandelion from the root.
Be the growl of the king of the jungle, not the growl of your stomach.
Let love enlarge you.
Pluck up your feathers and pull your head out of the sand.
Avoid any cycle other than a bicycle.
Discouragement and frustration is a certain weigh station on the road to reinvention,
Never quit because you’ve bitten off more than you can chew,
Downsize failure.
Replace a spoonful of sugar with love.
Reflections are a delusion that prevent you from living light
Purple pigs are big fat lies.
Take the reins of the elephant within.
Reshape your beliefs.
Listen to your heart – the heart is wiser than the mind.
Take off your mask and show who it is.
Fishing is not about the fish.
Think twice when it comes to skinny jean labels.
Love the caterpillar but love the butterfly more,
You’re not meant to crawl so don’t, FLY.
Stop swallowing ‘I’m not good enough.”
There are no magic wands,
The only person that can free you is you.
Trust the process.
May the force (of love that is) be with you.
